Commencement exercises for class of 2017 friday, may 26 

Central York School District will hold Commencement Exercises for the Central York High School Class of 2017 Friday, May 26, 2017, on the high school campus, 601 Mundis Mill Road, York. The ceremony will begin at 6:45PM and will be held in the High School Athletic Stadium, weather permitting.

The ceremony will be live streamed. Click here to view the live stream tonight at 6:45PM.

Traffic Update: There are three entrances available for commencement parking, including the tennis court entrance and the main entrance. If you are traveling from the west, you will have the option to turn left onto Mundis Race Road and travel along the road (past John Rudy Park) to North Sherman Street. Fire Police will direct drivers to use an additional access point open exclusively for graduation.

Calendar PictureThe Board of School Directors has approved an amended 2017-2018 District Calendar. Please click here to download and view. The Board changed the date of the January 2018 Teacher In-Service Half-Day from January 12, 2018 to January 19, 2018.

Last Day of School for 2016-2017 School Year
Please note - The Last Day of School for ALL K-12 Learners is Thursday, June 1, 2017.  

This is a Half-Day Teacher In-Service Day with Early Dismissal for ALL learners. Secondary schools will dismiss students at 11:30AM. Elementary schools will dismiss students at 12:30PM.

Our Central York School District learners have formed Public Relations teams to help share the great projects their classmates are creating each and every day in our schools!
